When In Rome

Hello Travellers,

Hope you are all well in today's post I will be speaking about my Holiday to Rome I didn't get to see as much of Rome as I would have liked I was seriously ill when we arrived.

I had been really Sick with what I thought was a Cold and Sore Throat I thought I would be OK. 
 I however wasn't it was the Flu and Tonsilitus I couldn't eat a thing the 4 Days that we were there apart from these pots of Sorbet and I don't even like Sorbet :(

I don't really have a lot of Photos to share with you in this Post about Rome because I was so sick we arrived quite late at night and then I was out of it till the following evening that's how bad I was .

My ex partner was even looking at Flights home because I was so sick we decided to go out to eat if that's what you can call it all I could eat was the Sorbet which really wasn't nice at all  and see how I felt afterwards I didn't want to return home even though I was really sick so we decided to stay.

Here are some of the photos I did take while I was in Rome we didn't really go Far these Photos were taken near our Hotel.

The Colloseum it was packed when we first arrived which makes sense as it is one of the most popular landmarks in Rome.

This queue was all around the Colloseum people just queuing to take a look around

St Peters Basilica this is a Italian Renaissance Church In Vatican City this is such a beautiful building

So you see I really didn't get that many photos while we were in Rome which is a shame as I was so looking forward to going in Hindsight now we shouldn't have gone as I was so sick this trip was bought as a Birthday Present and I didn't want my ex partner to loose the money that he paid for the Flights and Accomodation and I truly didn't realise how bad I was going to be .

The lesson that this Holiday taught me is that I ever get this Sick again before a Holiday just to Cancel it nothing is worth putting your Health at Risk least of all a Holiday you don't enjoy anyway.

I always seem to get sick when I travel but I can honestly say this was the worst that I had been ever and luckily I haven't been like that again .
